Stand UP

Have you ever measured how long you’ve been sitting down?

Many busy people, especially those who are facing computer in their daily activities, stay sitting down in their comfortable (or not?) chair as long as more than they should.

Sitting too long is very unhealthy, especially for the kidneys, they’ll be pushed to work harder. The blood stream won’t flow smoothly either.
Stand Up will remind you to stand up (and drinkin’ some water may be?) for few moments, give your body opportunity to healing and your bloodstream to flowing smoothly again.

The program can be set up for minimum an hour and five hours max.
Although, it seemed to be trifling, the impact of sitting too long is quite serious.
It is much wiser to prevent our health rather than treat it after we’re ill.

System Requirements:
• Windows 9x/ME/NT/Xp/2003 and maybe Vista.
• Pentium II or above with 32 MB RAM.
